Interview With David Kay Snider In Support of Ed Brown 1/23/2007
David Kay Snider hails from northeast Oregon. He called to make a comment on the key points in the brief interview I made yesterday with Aaron Russo. Before I made this audioblog I typed his words verbatim vis a vis this "Ed Brown Due Process Standoff."
"They are refusing to allow references to constitutional issues in the courts. They are refusing to allow the admission of Supreme Court decisions relevant to the case and they are denying us the ability to call equally and competent/educated expert witnesses to testify before the jury."
